Secop will showcase three new R290 compressors from its KL range at Chillventa 2026 in Nuremberg, Germany, from October 13 to 15, alongside a redesigned booth in Hall 4, Booth 129, organized around five business areas: food service, food retail, special application, medical cold chain solutions, and mobile cooling.
The Food Service counter covers the R290 (propane) compressor range for equipment spanning compact bottle coolers to commercial freezer applications. Three new models from the KL range will be displayed, from the KLF3.0CNT to the larger KLF9.6CND, two of which are still to be released. The counter also features the recently launched NLE15LNDX, which extends the NL fixed-speed range, and two SCE versions: the 21cc model and the SCE25MNDX, the largest in the propane range.
Food Retail is dedicated to variable-speed compressors and the full electronic control lineup, covering the Core Functions (CF), Multipurpose (MP), and Extended (XT) versions. Variable-speed compressors adjust motor speed to actual cooling demand and deliver up to 40% energy savings compared with a fixed-speed R404A compressor. Different displacements of the NLV and SLVE series will be shown, together with a preview of a project targeting high COP levels for the NLV series.
A new Special Application area covers R290 compressors for domestic hot water heat pumps and other low-GWP solutions. The range is engineered for heat pump OEMs requiring low-noise, high-efficiency units, in a segment where demand for hermetic compressors is growing at a constant rate.
The Medical Cold Chain Solutions counter features the new Power Management Module for the WHO-prequalified Solar Direct Drive (SDD) system, paired with the MB3CKV compressor and its controller. The same area shows Secop’s ultra-low-temperature (ULT) condensing unit and compressors for biomedical freezers and vaccine cold chain equipment, reaching temperatures as low as -86°C.
Mobile Cooling centers on the BD Nano compressor platform paired with electronic control units configured for trucks, electric vehicles, recreational vehicles, and boats, each placing different demands on the electronics setup while the compressor remains the same. Exhibits include a new-generation EV fridge built around the BD Nano.
Each area has its own product counter with exploded views of specific compressors. Detailed product documentation will be available through dedicated landing pages reachable via QR codes placed next to each product, replacing printed material at the stand.
