TEFCOLD has introduced its DB-02 backbar cooler range for bars, restaurants and cafés, alongside an upgraded UD uni-drawer range for professional kitchens. The new UD models reduce energy consumption by an average of 33%, while the DB-02 range combines the cooling performance of the DB series with a new anthracite interior.
The DB-02 range is available in three sizes with hinged doors and two sizes with sliding doors. Features include a black exterior, double-glazed tempered glass doors, ventilated cooling, LED interior lighting, adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves, an electronic thermostat, automatic defrost, adjustable feet and a lock as standard.
TEFCOLD will gradually phase out the previous DB models as remaining stock is sold. The DB127H replaces the DB126H, the DB202H replaces the DB201H, the DB202S replaces the DB201S, the DB302H replaces the DB301H, and the DB302S replaces the DB301S.

The range is available with one or two drawers for GN2/1 or GN3/1 gastronorm pans and features SS304 stainless steel construction with a reinforced top plate for countertop equipment.

The UD2-22 consumes 2,070 kWh/year, a 37.5% reduction from 3,311 kWh/year for the previous model. The UD2-32 uses 2,424 kWh/year, down 34.7% from 3,712 kWh/year. The new UD models will replace the previous generation as existing stock is sold.
