Embraco will present its expanded HVAC&R portfolio at Chillventa 2026 in Germany, including Embraco Scroll compressors for refrigeration, heating and air-conditioning applications. The Nidec Global Appliance brand will also demonstrate its Sync it All Pro ecosystem in a functioning reach-in cooler integrating a variable-speed compressor, fan, controller and development software.
The Embraco Scroll lineup covers commercial and residential applications including cold rooms, air-to-water heat pumps, rooftop chillers, packaged units and central ducted air conditioners. The range spans 1.2 to 35 HP and supports refrigerants including R410A, R404A, A2Ls and R290. The new Embraco Pulse offers digital capacity modulation from 10% to 100% and ranges from 2 to 15 HP.
Sync it All Pro integrates components developed to operate together. Its Sync Pro controller manages up to 16 components, including 12 variable-speed compressors and/or fan motors, while the Flow Pro fan pack combines a variable-speed motor with a proprietary blade design. The YouControl software includes an auto-tuning tool, and Inverter Pro integrates variable-speed compressors with the ecosystem. Embraco says case studies show energy savings of up to 30%.
Embraco will also showcase the Bioma+ condensing unit for cold rooms, compatible with multiple refrigerants including R454C and R455A, with stated noise levels of 29–36 dB(A). Its R290 compressor exhibits include the dual-voltage, variable-speed VLT series, measuring 123–131 mm (4.8–5.2 in) tall, and the variable-speed VEHD lineup, which Embraco says provides 15% greater energy efficiency than its predecessor. Fixed-speed NE, NT and NJ compressor families offer capacities up to 2 HP.
“The concept behind the Sync it All portfolios is that, by integrating the controller, fans and compressors into a single operating logic and single configuration tool, we deliver greater energy efficiency and more stable temperatures, with a much simpler set-up for the customer,” said André Rosa, Commercial Appliances Vice-President at Nidec GA. “The Pro generation represents a step forward in it, reaching more complex or larger refrigeration systems, and achieving up to 30% energy savings,” he added.
