CAREL to showcase retail refrigeration innovations at EuroShop 2026

CAREL will present new solutions for commercial refrigeration at EuroShop 2026 (Düsseldorf, 22–26 February), focusing on usability, sustainability, and distributed intelligence.

The company’s exhibit will highlight an ecosystem of technologies designed to simplify daily operations in food retail. These include solutions for cold rooms, monoblock units, and food service applications, featuring intuitive interfaces and functional designs to improve on-site system management.

CAREL’s sustainability strategy emphasizes concrete energy efficiency improvements across the entire store. The approach includes optimising systems using natural refrigerants and viewing energy as a strategic resource to deliver both economic and environmental value.

Distributed and artificial intelligence will also play a key role. CAREL will showcase advanced algorithms, real-time monitoring, and data analytics aimed at predictive control, automation, and system performance optimisation. These features are intended to support compliance, efficiency, and equipment longevity.

Kiona, a Nordic SaaS company acquired by CAREL in 2023, will also exhibit at the stand. CAREL’s digital platforms, backed by secure connectivity solutions, enable integration with IoT systems and support new models for maintenance and system control.

“EuroShop has always represented a unique opportunity for CAREL to present and physically demonstrate how technological innovation, operational simplicity and sustainability can converge into concrete solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s commercial refrigeration,” said Alessandro Greggio, CAREL Group Solution Marketing Director – Refrigeration.
