Castel Srl, leader in the refrigeration and air conditioning components sector, announced that it has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Dieci Electric Srl, specialists in the design and implementation of solutions for the management and control of refrigeration systems.
The acquisition reflects Castel’s determination to consolidate its position on the market and further enhance the value of the company in order to support the growth of its customers.
By becoming part of the group, Dieci Electric Srl will be able to offer increasingly complete solutions in line with the needs of a market characterised by continuous technological development.
