Hoshizaki Alliance announced significant leadership promotions within its Americas Region team, effective January 1, 2025. This move underscores the group’s commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth.
Jim Kuo has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Operations Excellence for the Americas Region. With 26 years at Hoshizaki, Jim will focus on enhancing operational improvements across all Hoshizaki Alliance factories. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering at Hoshizaki America, where he significantly improved engineering and production processes.
Rod Johnson will become the Senior Director of Import Products. Promoted from his role as Senior Director of Strategic Sales for Hoshizaki America, Rod will develop the strategic import plan for the Hoshizaki Alliance group. His extensive experience in the foodservice equipment industry will be crucial for long-term success.
These new roles, created to support growth and efficiency, reflect the Alliance’s strategic focus on enhancing operational capabilities and expanding its product catalog. President Chris Karssiens highlighted the importance of these appointments in driving cohesiveness and shareholder value within the Hoshizaki brands.
