Carrier China’s New AquaFlow Mini VWV X Delivers Energy-Efficient HVAC Solution Ideal for Apartment Living

Carrier China has launched a new series of heating and cooling products for apartment developers to meet the diverse needs of customers in the areas of energy efficiency, comfort, noise and smart home controls. Carrier China’s new AquaFlow Mini Variable Water Volume (VWV) X series of products and applications help provide a more comfortable living experience.

Developed in response to the call for low carbon and energy-efficient solutions in China, the AquaFlow Mini VWV X series of products offer Class A energy efficiency and on-demand output functions. The solutions align with Carrier’s 2030 Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) goals to reduce its customers' carbon footprint by more than one gigaton.

The indoor unit’s slim design is ideal for use in apartments and provides more flexible applications with the combination of fan coil units and radiators. The indoor unit material is made of an antibacterial agent that can effectively reduce the growth of select airborne bacteria and pathogens.

The AquaFlow Mini VWV X series works with boilers for implementation of multi-function, high-efficiency applications, especially with the quiet design of the fan housing. The reduced noise level is more friendly to apartment living.

As part of Carrier’s smart home product portfolio, the AquaFlow Mini VWV X product series allows for flexible combinations of a variety of smart home control systems to meet customers’ needs. Carrier Cloud smart control enables many customized scenarios that allow the AquaFlow Mini VWV to provide a more comfortable home atmosphere.
