Refindustry opens call for CO2 Refrigeration case studies

Selected projects and technology developments will appear in the May 2026 special edition of Refrigeration Industry Magazine.

Refindustry opens call for CO2 Refrigeration case studies

Refindustry has opened submissions for the next CO2 Special Edition of Refrigeration Industry Magazine, inviting companies to share project-based case studies on CO2 refrigeration applications, system design, and technical innovation. The issue is scheduled for publication in May 2026.

Focus on CO2-based projects

The special edition will feature CO2 refrigeration projects and technology developments selected for editorial publication. The issue continues Refrigeration Industry Magazine’s series of special editions dedicated to key refrigeration technologies.

The previous CO2 Refrigeration Special Edition highlighted real-world applications across food retail, logistics, transport refrigeration, and heating and cooling solutions based on CO2 heat pumps.

Projects featured in the 2025 issue included Arneg and Basko’s CO2 refrigeration installation for a supermarket in Italy, CCR Commercial Refrigeration’s CO2 air-to-water heat pump project for a shopping centre in Germany, and Copeland’s CO2 system commissioning case in California, alongside other industry case studies.

The previous issue can be viewed here.
