Teledyne Flir has expanded its test and measurement portfolio with four Meterlink-connected tools for electrical, EV charging, HVAC, building diagnostics and maintenance applications. The additions are the Flir EV86-NACS and EV86-T2 EV Charger Analyzers, DM266 Compact Thermal Imaging Multimeter and EM57 Thermo-Hygrometer.
The EV86-NACS and EV86-T2 are designed for safety and performance testing of AC EV charging stations in residential and commercial environments. The EV86-NACS supports Level 1 and Level 2 chargers through an integrated NACS socket, while the EV86-T2 supports Modes 1, 2 and 3 chargers with an integrated Type 2 socket. Both include Protective Earth pre-testing, Control Pilot simulation and waveform analysis, error simulation and low-impedance measurement, with CCID performance verification on the EV86-NACS and RCD performance testing on the EV86-T2.
For electrical troubleshooting, the DM266 combines True RMS electrical measurement with Infrared Guided Measurement (IGM) and multi-spectral dynamic thermal imaging (MSX). It also includes VFD mode, remote control, hands-free mounting and IR Super Resolution up to 320 × 240.
The EM57 Thermo-Hygrometer measures temperature and humidity for HVAC service, commissioning, building inspections and moisture-related applications. It provides instant dew point and wet bulb calculations for evaluating comfort, HVAC performance, condensation risk and humidity conditions.
“Professionals need tools that not only provide accurate measurements but also make it easier to turn those measurements into actionable information,” said Heliel Morales, Business Development Director for Condition Monitoring at Teledyne Flir. “These new products combine purpose-built testing capabilities with Meterlink connectivity to help simplify workflows from measurement through reporting.”
