Daikin Europe reports record EMEA turnover

Growth in Middle East applied systems, resilient residential sales and expanded environmental solutions supported the EMEA performance.

Daikin Europe reports record EMEA turnover

Daikin Europe N.V. reported annual turnover of 5.25 billion euro [approx. USD 5.68 billion] for fiscal year 2025, exceeding its previous-year result and reaching a record high. The subsidiary oversees Daikin’s HVAC-R sales in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

Daikin Industries, Ltd. released its global group results for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2026, reporting solid results despite global economic challenges. In Europe, the company focused on environmental solutions including residential R-290 heat pumps, R-32 VRV, and showcases using R-290 and CO2 refrigerants.

In Turkey, expanded residential air conditioning sales supported positive results. In the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Daikin reported significant growth in applied segments.

Across residential business lines, Daikin delivered stable sales in a highly competitive market. Higher cooling demand supported air conditioner sales, especially in Germany and the UK, while high-end multi-split systems and the Multi+ Domestic Hot Water system performed well in southern Europe.

In commercial and industrial segments, Daikin focused on environmental and energy-saving solutions, including increased sales of products using R-32 refrigerant. The company also expanded service solution menus, offered energy management support, and made direct proposals to property owners for applications including data centres, warehousing, hospitality and pharmaceuticals.

“Despite ongoing economic and geopolitical uncertainty, our performance demonstrates the resilience of Daikin’s business and the continued relevance of our solutions across the EMEA region,” said Toshitaka Tsubouchi, President of Daikin Europe. “With Fusion 30, we are building on this momentum. The plan reflects our long-term commitment to innovation, decarbonisation and customer value.”
