Eurovent Certita Certification has published its Gender Equality Index results for the year 2025, reporting an overall score of 88 out of 100. Since January 2019, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish this index, which measures wage inequality, with 100 reflecting total equity between women and men.
The 2025 overall score of 88/100 is based on the following indicators: a gender pay gap score of 33/40, with the gap stated as being in favour of women; an individual salary increase gap score of 35/35; and a score of 15/15 for the percentage of female employees receiving a raise on their return from maternity leave.
For gender parity among the top 10 earners, Eurovent Certita Certification reported a score of 5/10.
The organisation also reported an increase in its overall Gender Equality Index score from 85/100 in 2024 to 88/100 in 2025, and said the change reflects its aim to improve balanced representation of women and men in its teams and ensure equal treatment for all.
