Carrier Transicold has announced three additions for refrigerated transport fleets in Europe: the Fuel Intelligence Suite for monitoring and reducing fuel consumption, the Carrier Transicold Parts Shop online marketplace, and an A2L-ready version of the Vector HE 17 refrigeration unit.
The Fuel Intelligence Suite combines fuel optimization software, real-time monitoring, analytics and fuel management accessories. At its core is a software upgrade for Vector HE 19 units, embedded on new units and available as a retrofit for eligible existing units. Using insights derived from anonymized fleet data collected through the Lynx Fleet telematics platform, the upgrade recalibrates refrigeration unit operation without hardware changes and can help reduce fuel consumption by up to 19%. Beginning in late 2026, Vector HE 19 and Vector HE 17 units will also be offered with a multifunction display providing drivers with operating information, including refrigeration unit fuel consumption, in the cab.
Carrier Transicold is also launching Carrier Transicold Parts Shop, an online marketplace providing access to more than 30,000 transport refrigeration parts, including filters, compressors, telematics connectivity kits and solar panels. The platform launches first in Germany and is scheduled to expand to additional European countries before the end of 2026. It offers 24/7 access to OEM parts and approved products, with pickup from participating locations and express or standard delivery options.
The company is also extending its patented two-stage A2L safety system to the Vector HE 17. The unit is engineered to operate with R454A, an A2L refrigerant with a GWP of 239, up to 89% lower than R452A with a GWP of 2,140. At the first sign of a leak, the system triggers an alarm and forced-air circulation and, if required, can automatically isolate and move refrigerant away from the cargo area. Carrier Transicold has also published a technical white paper covering its approach to the use of low-GWP A2L refrigerants.
Carrier Transicold will present the new products at IAA Transportation in Hannover, Germany, Sept. 15–20, 2026. The company will exhibit in Hall 27, Stand E35, with an outdoor display at J43.
